Hello all

Im on my first year of an NVQ level 2 in Air con & Ref.

Im stuck on the following questions, maybe not so much stuck but lost for words.
Any kind of help would be greatly appreciated.

1, Understood reason for having a start capicitor wired to the compressor? I know, or i should say i think i know that its to create a phase difference to start the compressor.???

2,Understood reason for connecting all switches in a live circuit? I think its to do with safety, but am not too sure.

3, Understood the significance of installing a current relay proper side facing up?
