I am concerned about the leakage coming out of my breast. I have never been pregnant, just got over my period last week. I am on a new birth control pill (if that makes a difference). I have been on birth control pills since I was 15. I have always noticed a white dry substance on the tips of my nipples but never had the nerve to say anything to my doctor until just recently and she did not seem concerned. She said that it is normal for women to have some leakage. Last night I was wiping off the white substance and noticed only one of my breasts leaking a white milky fluid as I squeezed more just kept coming out. I tried getting some out of the other one, but nothing. My mother pasted away from breast cancer 6 years ago. I am only 23 and am concerned. I read some other answers on this website and read that if only one breast were leaking I should be concerned. Should I seek medical attention?

You would need to in any case just to be on the safe side but it could also be a side effect of the new pills you are taking as they tend to do strange things to a womans body anyways
