My period is two weeks late, which has never happened before. I took home pregnancy tests, both came back negative. Im waiting on the results from the drs tests. But meanwhile, I woke up this morning to bleeding. Its not quite the same as menstrual blood. Not as heavy, a different colour, and more clots than usual. My body gives off warning signs 2-3 days before I start my period, but one of them happened. For the last week and a half Ive been having weird cramping/aches beside my pelvic area, which made me concerned about an ectopic pregnancy. But my dr told me that is a very slim chance since I have no risk factors to suggest that.
I'm just wondering could this be my period? What could possibly make it so late? Is it normal to bleed heavier than just spotting during the beginning of a pregnancy?
If anyone has any ideas.. Im just about pulling my hair out.

αre you on αny birth control--when did you stαrt & whαt kind is it...? αs for spotting in pregnαncy is relαtively normαl αs long αs it's not α heαvy flow. αs just for being 2 weeks lαte the test results might come out negαtive since you might of hαve tαken it too eαrly i did 2 blood test -- the second one being the 2 months lαte for my period to come αnd it finαlly showed thαt i wαs indeed pregnαnt.

Im not on any birth control, havent been in 6 months.
And its not spotting, but its not as heavy as my regular period. I'm waiting for the blood test results to come in, but that eases my mind a bit knowing it can take longer than expected to show pregnancy on those tests.
The bleeding still freaks me out though.
