Lyndsay, if your friend had an abortion 5 months ago, believe me, should would have known if the fetus wasn't extracted completely. If any fetus tissue was left, the abortion was essentially botched, an infection would have occurred, and she would have started running a fever.

Tell your friend to either go back to her gynecologist or find a new one to go to. She needs to make sure she is not pregnant and find out why exactly her body is lactating.
