Hi,
When my furnace cuts on, water comes spraying out the humidifier. In looking at installations, I'm not seeing baffles below the humidifier cutout. My thoughts are that the air forced into the system is too much for the the network of venting. I have an aprilaire. Thoughts?

You should have a Humidifier Pad inside the unit. The water enters the Pad at the top and cascades down it. If it missing, you need to get one. Turn the Humidistat (Humidity Controler) off until it's repaired...
