The title of this thread, I would guess, is intended to ask "What cases, from countries other than England, have cited the decision in Salomon v Salomon?" That's only one of several possible meanings for that sentence. Similarly, by "Is Australia have it?", do you mean "Does Australia have it?" Have what? Such cases? If that's what you meant, you should have asked "Does Australia have them?", or preferably, "Does Australia have such cases?". ...
