I need to know how these chemicals would react and what the balanced equation would be.

Your Barium ethanoate is not a correct formula, it needs to have two ethanoate ions.

Otherwise, Barium phosphate is insoluble, whereas Ammonium phosphate and barium ethanoate are soluble. What can you conclude?
