Are you still encountering this issue?

If so, is it with all of your keys, or just some?

One solution may be that your Language Settings are not correct.

In Windows 7:

Click Start -> Control Panel -> Clock, Language, and Region
Then, under Region and Language, click Change keyboards or other input methods
This will bring up the Region and Language dialogue box, Keyboards and Languages tab
Click Change keyboards...
On the Text Services and Input Languages dialogue box, select English (United States) - US as your Default input language

In Windows XP:

Click Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options
Then, choose the Languages tab of the Regional and Language Options dialogue box and click Details...
On the Text Services and Input Languages dialogue box, select English (United States) - US as your Default input language

Please let me know if the above steps do not resolve your issue, or if you are using a different operating system.
