DO NOT feed him cow's milk. I'm a cat person, so don't know much about dogs, but I do know that!

Please be patient. One or more of the dog experts will be on sometime this evening and will answer your questions.

If you have been feeding cows milk he probably won't eat because he feels sick, it doesn't matter if it's low fat it is the lactose that is bad for them.

Go to your local vet or pet store and purchase some puppy formula, it usually comes as a powder that you mix with water, or you can buy pre-mixed cartons at some places.

If you cannot get hold of puppy replacement milk then it is okay to give goats milk as it does not contain lactose.
