I reallly need your help. I've look around for answers around this site but doesn't find any. I have darker skin on my knees than the rest of my body. Yes I'm black, I'm okay with that but not when I'm light-skinned. It exposed a lot I can't even go out with a shorts (yes I have suffered every summers. I can't even tell my friends why I can't use shorts. Help me how to get rid of them! Do I need to go to see dermatologist to bleach them or? Really I'm tired of having them. I had it since I was really young.
Pictures will be shown here.

Hey I don't know what is wrong with my camera. It is DARKER than it looks on this picture. I mean DARKER. I mean like DARK BROWN like dark brown eyes. Yes THAT dark... my skin is like caramel... not cool. And I also have that on my elbows helpppppppppp me! I'm tired of spending my money on Sally Hansen Airbrush Legs. I want to take off my pants and walk around in underwear or short... COMFORTABLYY!

Thank you.

Exfoliate your knees with fair and white exclusive (the soap) with the hard side of the plates up sponges, every day for your shower. Then put the fair and white eclusive (gel mixed with serum) on your knees. I assure you after 2-3 weeks your knees become very clear.
(Sorry for my English but I am French)
