Dear Sir,

I am 55 years of age and having sight problems since I am 23 years old.
I got my vision checked for getting spectacles recently.
The table goes as below :

Right eye Left eye

Sph Cyl Axis Sph Cyl Axis

Distance = +0.50 135 = +0.75 15

Near +2.25 +0.5 135 +2.25 +0.75 15

I would like to know THE MEANING OF THIE TABLE ?
Can any body explain me for my understanding.
