I am 16, to turn 17 in a couple of weeks. I took gymnastics for about 3 years a long time ago (when I was 10-13 years old) and then quit. I was wondering if there was any chance of me being able to go back to the sport.. Or is it too late?

Thank you for posting your question to the Ask Me Help Desk.

You are never too old or too late to get started!

I started when I was 15 with no prior training at all and was able to double backs on trampoline, giants on high bar, and several other great tricks before graduating from high school.

Find a place that will train you and have a great time!

I have met 65 year old guys that still do handstands on bars...! Really

Good Luck!
