A am an African , have always had bright light skin , but over the years my skin has darkened , how to I get my old fair skin back?

I have tried , clear essence , lady Diana, Skin Success, all don't seem to work

Im an Indian and i used to have dusky skin until i started using Ponds whitening Face wash and ponds Whitening cream regularly. Now i'm five shades fairer. Also it helps to drink carrot juice every morning. :)
