any tips on a pinched nerve. tingling sensations down the arm
to the finger tips. have tried massage cold and hot. trapezius muscle
is tender. used ibuprofen 800mg and muscle relaxer cyclobenzaprine.
just woke up one morning with this problem, possible from bad sleeping position.

any you folks have this problem
