You are proposing paying $1 a month for a $1500 award? The judgment holder does not have to accept that and can garnish your salary or attach assets.

Here's the case my girlfriend was buying a car for 3000 the seller refuse to take the monthly contract payment so she took her to court for the remaining balance or the car back but she couldn't get car back because she had already signed the title over with no lien on it so like a dummy my girlfriend admitted to owing her the balance so the judge then said to her to pay the balance plus 6% interest and court fees but he didn't specify a time frame that this be paid or how much had to be paid weekly ,monthly or yearly so if she pays this person 1-5-10 a month and she takes it will this be sufficient ? But I do know that it would cost this person a lot to get a lawyer etc to go back to court so should my girlfriend not pay it at all or just give her 90 which is the intres?
