Hello,

I have been working on an authorised Co-Op with employer A starting on August 13 2006. I switched companies and started working for employer B from November 13 2006 onwards. Employer A has promptly sent me a W2 form. Employer B is giving me a 1099 form.

It is the first time i am seeing this form and would like to know where do i write this information. The amount on this form is $3200 and none of my taxes have been cut.

Can you give me more information on this please?

Thank you,

Sri

Employer B is treating you as an independent contractor.

This will require you fill out a Schedule C and file it with Form 1040NR.
