I just want to know can I claim standard deduction on my 1040NR?

Not normally.

However, if your country has a tax treaty with the United States, you may be eligible for a tax treaty exemption. Check IRS Pub 901.

Further, if you are an Indian citizen on a F-1 visa, you CAN claim the $5,150 standard deduction on Form 1040NR.
