If i live at a house that i am paying the morgage on but the lone is not in my name could i clame the house on my taxes. I live in pa if that helps at all

What do you mean "claim the house"??

You can deduct the real estate taxes if the house is in your name.

You CANNOT deduct the mortgage interest unless you have a legal obligation to pay the mortgage.
