At the age of 26, you've pretty much grown as tall as you ever will. There is no way to chage how tall you are other than to wear platform shoes!

Height isn't like weight. You can't increase/decrease at will....

Sorry, you're done growing. You'll have to learn to accept that your height is your height, there's no changing it.

Wear high heels, stand on a box, that is it, you can make sure you are standing up straight and not slumping or bending over when you stand or walk.

But you are as tall as you are ever going to be.
