Ok I have a three yr old boy. His father and I have been separated since my son was 4 months old. I put him on child support and my case was approved since Nov. 2005, but I have not seen anything financially. I called the child support people and they said that it seems like he has made no payments and that they were going to send another notice to him. It's been along time and I've gone through unimaginably hard times. I don't know what to do at this point. What is going to happen or is there anything that I can do.

Stay on to the support people, and you may have to bring him back in front of the judge
