Hi, I got a Summons for $158.75. I did not call the Attorney. I called a previous Collection Agency and they accepted Payment in Full. If I send my receipt to the Attorney will they accept that as payment in full? Do they have to legally in the State of Washington? Do I still need to file my "Payment in Full" with the court?

Once you received the summons, you were on notice that the account was in the hands of the attorney for the plaintiff. Your attempt at avoiding responsibility for part of this lawsuit by settling with another collection agency, which you clearly knew no longer had the account, isn't going to cut it.

So no, I doubt that they will accept the receipt as payment in full. Try to file it with the court, but I don't think that will work.
