I feel unsafe, disrespected, belittled, traumatize over this unsafe feeling inside this courthouse and DCF! This is injustice to a child's safety and well being! However, I realize my husband's ability to manipulate and connive the judge & DCF, seriously, he is that good at it! The child just turned two and has lived with only the mother for twenty months as to the father was having an affair and living with a young girl and wanted no part of his family and seen the child maybe a dozen times. Suddenly he appeared for destruction onto the child and I, My true question is "How do i handle a man using "parent alienation" to the only parent that has cared and loved this child? The child is suffering and I am the party willing, able and capable of making things easier and beneficial for the child. No matter what the father has done, yes I understand it's detrimental to the child to have his father, however the father is completely vindictive and trying to erase me completely and the courts don't see this! This child has been hospitalized 4x in two months extremely ill, emotionally and physically. Completely neglected bruises, infected lesions, sprained ankle and more in the fathers care. Profile photo depicts what this child is under going is injustice. The father will not communicate any medical info. And has used the child as a bait and a weapon! The system is unjust, I promise you my child has always come first from the minute of conception... This family injustice is devastating this child! The last thing he did was appear in court without the secretary there and was awarded a motion to vacate my time- sharing because the child had a fever! I have been nurturing this little baby back to life each time he is ill, dirty and completely neglected when he arrives back to his mama! Why is the system sleeping? Are you seriously granting this motion to keep a child from his mother, when in fact he is ill because of your systems injustice as so.

First its really hard to alienate a two year old against the other parent, especially the mother. That being said, has a GAL been appointed to oversee the child's interests? Has a psych eval been done? What does the child's pediatrician say? Have you asked for supervised visitations?

On a serious level the judge is 82 and possibly incoherent! Believe it or not, anything is possible with this judge for the man! The child has abruptly been taken from the mother and then the judge realized he made a mistake but will not reverse the motion. Only giving the mother every other weekend and wed. when she was the sole provider for twenty two months! Judge will not appoint a GAL! There was an appointment for a psych to begin play therapy as the child has become angry and saddened and the father disrupted this appointment this week. The Ped. Is a new one due to ins. After having the same ped. Two years, but the Ped. Just doesn't want any involvement in the matter, so its good to start in that case. At this time it's time sharing with the father having more days then the mother!

Meaning the judge is for men and dislikes woman, he threw a book at my attorney, hitting her. In a domestic violent hearing! So of course he is not concerned for safety of woman and children. He needs to be recused!

Then appeal to the senior judge. Do you have an attorney? Does the father?

I have an attorney and have paid over 11k already and have not arrived to trial, husband does not have an attorney! The best con artist ever!
Is Mentally ill hosp 2x 2010 and released early from military due to not military material! The judge won't allow his Sgt to testify on the phone or deposition, has to come in person from out of state. Gov. is tough so the trial is being stretched out and money is fading... Unjust!

Yes, the system is often unfair, and can be "worked" at time, but it is the system you have to deal with, Yes, your attorney can file a complaint with the bar for having a book thrown at them, you can appeal the judge on various grounds, and get it heard in another court.

I missed this response. If the senior judge won't take action, then I would try to get some heavier hitters on your side. The local Bar assn, local chapter of NOW, organizations like that. Any judge throwing ANYTHING at an attorney needs to be removed from the bench.
