I inadvertantly added a site to the restricted site list now I require that site back but when I go back into the restricted site list In IE Tools, Security,Restricted Site list it is not listed so therefor I can't re install the said site

IE open select > Tools > Internet Options > Security
Click on the red circle with a line through it in the window (Restricted Sites) to get to the restricted site page then click sites.
Do you mean the red circle is not in the window?
