First its not a good idea to piggyback your question on someone else's. This can lead to confusion. You should start a new thread. So I've moved your question to its own thread.

Second, we need to know a lot more info. How old is your sister, does she want you? What about your parents, why do you want to leave them. ANY question on law needs to include your general locale as laws vary by area.

But unless you are in danger in your current situation, it is highly unlikely a court will allow this.

I've merged your threads, please ask your question once in the future. Please use the Answer options below to add follow-up info or questions.

This posts answers some of our questions, but we still need to know WHY you want to live with your sister, how old she is and whether your father has joint legal custody.

20

With 2 kids and a fiancé

She is 20, with 2 kids and a fiancé. I want to leave my parents because I'm more comfertable at my sisters. My grade have improved when I stayed with my sister for 2 weeks. And yes she wants me.

My dad has me every other weekend but I haven't gone in 2 months. She is 20 with 2 kids and a fiancé. And I feel more comfertable at my sisters house.

Your sister will have to go to court and apply for guardianship. But a 20 yr old with 2 kids and unmarried may not be looked at as a proper role model.

Yes, first your mom will have to give permission, but your dad will also, Your dad would have a right to ask for you to live with him full time and change custody if you were not with your mom.

Next why are you not going to your dad's, if he wants you and you just don't go, he could take your mom to court for contempt, even have her arrested or at least fined.

Is your dad paying support ?
