What was the specific charge? And to answer your question yes it is possible but the level of achievement might not be most ideal. For cases where charges have been brought it may come down to supervised visitations. Again it depends on the charges that apply.

Well to be specific with you, and I apologize for responding a little late, "me time" is usually from around ten pm and so forth. I am usually very busy during the day. To be detailed and specific with you the charges are: Street terorism, possession with a fire arm, possession of a smoking devise, possession of a controlled substance, possession of a loaded fire arm, gang injuction, battery, and child endagerment. I keep thinking about if he himself can gang child custody or any of his family memebers? Do you think that's a possibility in California state courts?

You say you were charged with these things. You don't say you were convicted.

The important question is did you do them, and, if so, can it be proven?

All these charges I'm mentioning is upon the father of my little one. He was charged and convicted. Ake m to tupon his realease can he try to take my daughter away by trying to prove I'm an "unfit" mother? Can he get his family members involved by trying to gain custody of my little one?

If the father is in jail and there has been a conviction based on those charges then go to court with it and prove he is a danger to the child. At best he may get supervised visits or the courts may remove his rights if he is proven a danger.

I did everything in my power to gain sole physical and sole legal custody of my little one, and was granted. I thank God. The only thing that worries me is a form that I had to sign pertaining to the petions I was requesting regarding my baby. The form was a re establishment of parental rights. Did I give up rights for a chance of oppurtunity for him to be able to get custody upon release?
