The Mother and I are in custody hearing with Aunt of my grandson "son", (Father died) her brother, so she is asking for regular "visitation", with her nephew. Which she got.
Now a step up she wants more. Much More, even His ss money
I know she got Money from her sister who died, and left her the house contents and 90,000. I read the will. She said in court she got "No inheritence Money". A (LIE.) LIke so many other lies she gets away with.
Can I prove that, threw the Plubic rights to the inhertience knowledge. Is there such a thing? How do I get a copy of her inheritance MONEY?
She lies all the time. Court aproved My Daughter and Me Grandmother to keep the child. Frustrated with the courts. You have to fight for what is yours anyway and pay or loose. So we Pay.
This has already cost me $25,000 3 years ago now she wants to do it again. I think she has the (Money to go to court, from the inhertiance.)

I need to prove her WORD is not good she LIES. Can I? Thank You for any help.

Probate court will have open records of the result of the probate.

Next of course if this is for support payments ? Then it would be based on standard income issues, and her lying or not lying may not even matter
