Can you go oversea after having a restraining order served and can you travel on the same aircraft

Depends on what the restraining order is about. If it is restraining you from coming near someone you cannot be on the same plane. But as long as you don't violate the order you should be able to go anywhere you want.
What does this have to do with small claims?
