I currently started losing weight, but I'm afraid if I lose too much my stomach will stay flabby and gross. My mom told me that because I'm still so young, I'm 22, my skin is like elastic and should tighten as I lose the weight. Is this true or not? And if not is there any exercises I can so to ensure that my stomach skin tighten while I'm losing the weight? I'm leaving for the Dominican in November and the last thing I want is having bought all my swim suits and not being able to wear them because of my stomach.

Sometimes you lose weight faster than the skin can adjust. What you have going for you is you are 22. You skin is far more elastic than it will be when you are 42 or 52.
