Mouse urine can smell a lot like cat urine. Have you found mouse droppings anywhere ?

Yes, ditto to mouse urine. Smells awful, and mice love to live under sinks. Under the toe kick, so you won't find them. They can squeeze through spaces the size of a coin slot. The worst smelling cleaner I could find in my mother's stash of cleaners was pine scented ammonia, which smells worse than plain ammonia, if that's possible. Or bleach might be better. Put it in a spray bottle or pour it around the pipes. Of course you never use bleach and ammonia together!
