I haven't been easing my bowels or just a little for a long time now. I'm suspecting that I have a problem with digestion and have stored waste and toxins in my body. Please help!

What is your diet like? Do you get regular exercise? Any lifestyle habits, such as smoking for example, that you know are not the best? Are you on any medication(s)? Any known health concerns?

Your body is designed to deal with "toxins" on its own when you are maintaining a healthy lifestyle.

Helps, such as laxatives, are for temporary relief when necessary, but aren't meant to take the place of your body's natural function.

Since this situation has been on-gong for an extended time it would be best to speak to your doctor to rule out any medical concerns.
