We are all volunteers here. Help is not instantaneous because of that. You just have to wait until an expert gets logged in. Have you tried googling the make and model to find your manual ?

I have not been able to find the manual because it's dark out right now, so I can't see the make and model number. :-(

Thanks for your response. I do understand we're volunteers. I just thought perhaps I'd find a good head if I listed the question in a few places.

isn't a matter of finding a someone, it is a matter of an expert not being on right now that can help you.

What do you mean you can't find the information because its dark out. Take a flashlight

You can still google the make and model and get started with that. Go to google.

I don't have a flashlight or any other way to find the make and model number for at least an hour. I'm going to start using my shovel.
