In XP go to Start > All programs > Accessories > Windows Explorer Now look under "My Computer" for the C drive (C:). Under the C drive are Documents and Settings as well as the Program Files folder, where most software installs itself by default. Under your Documents and Settings folder should be Your name and under that a My Documents folder with all your stuff.
