Its under the right panel (removed). There another side bar across it holding the fuses and some pipes to the side (removed) but there is a mounting bracket sopping me removing side ways. Do I have to remove the petrol tank and take it from above ?

You mAY have to remove the tank, many can be removed by removal of the side cover, You can usually see which method is used.
A Manual is a Good investment.
If you give the year.
I would check rivamotorsports.com or something like that and they have exploded views and may make it easier to see.
