My picture window cracked when the temperature dropped to -20. I was told that this was due to the cold and would not be under warranty. The window is only a 2 1/2 yeas old. Is this correct.

What does the Mason warranty say? It may exclude "damage caused by cold" or you should be covered.

If anyone has a copy of Mason Window (Pickering, Ontario, Canada) I would love a copy. They used to have one on their website but it isn't available anymore, and their customer service...well, let's just say it leaves a lot to be desired.
