Schedule E, Page 2

Do I have to attach Schedule E, page 2, with zero (0)
amounts?

I have completed Form 8582 including the worksheets,
pages 1 through 3. I report only passive losses (no income) as partner in a limited partnership.

I'm using a software program that reports on
Worksheet 5 (Allocation of Unallowed Losses)
"E Line 28A". However, no amount is entered on
Schedule E, page 2.

Do I have to attach Schedule E, page 2 to 1040(2003)?
