What do you mean by "some pages"? Is it skipping pages, refusing to print pages?

What is it doing?

(I have 3 HP printers.)

I have an HP 8500 printer and it does not want to print PDF pages. It is attached to my PC using Windows XP via wireless. My laptop using Vista will print the same PDF file via wireless.

My printer will just beep and then stop. I have tried changing the setting from spooling to print directly and neither seems to work.

Now that's the way you should have posted your question in the first place.

So the problem only occurs when printing a PDF from the XP machine?

What version of the Acrobat reader are you using on the XP machine? Have you tried upgrading it? Have you tried reinstalling the drivers for the printer?
