Attempted to scan wirelessly to my Mac. Bad move and now printer will not shut off without pulling the plug. Any thoughts?
Thanks
Peter

Resolved. Kept unplugging the electrical cord to the printer and when the printer was coming on I would try various things. On one occasion, before the wireless light came on, I hit the menu button and was able to disable the wireless feature. The key is don't scan wirelessly to a Mac using your HP printer but use "image capture" instead in your Mac applications.
Thanks
