Wow!!

Skype is on v3.x now, but if you're using 2.x, you are not shown this when you check for updates. Why, I do not know.

You can get 3.x from Skype - internet calls - download Skype free now - free calls - official website (http://www.skype.com).

With the Firefox Plug-in, any phone number on a webpage becomes a skype link.

Too cool!

Upon closer review, I see that this is not as hot as I thought. Skype calls to regular phones are not free:
What is free and what costs you a little money (http://www.skype.com/products/priceoverview/)

...as for me I'm uninstalling the plug-in :)
