Florida has NO state income tax, so, for state income tax, the answer is ZERO!

On your federal return, each child's exemption is a $3,300 tax deduction.

You may also qualify for a $1,000 Child Tax Credit if you have taxable income, do not make too much money and the child is under 17 years of age on 1 January 2007.
