Hi, there

My last year's visa status is 2 months F1 OPT and 10 months H1B. How should I file my tax?
Can I still get the benificiary code for tax deduction?

Thanks a lot

More than likely, you will benefit more from filing as a resident alien (Form 1040) than as a dual-status alien (Form 1040 with Form 1040NR attached).

What is your marital status? If married, is your spouse a foreign national or U.S. citizen?
