Heads up before considering Vonage for your business. The voicemail has only ONE voicemail box - and you CANNOT upgrade to more than one.

They call it "Voicemail Plus". It's packed with features (http://www.vonage.com/features.php?feature=voicemail) that many people will never use - but lacks the feature that I presume most small businesses WOULD use: more than one voicemail box.

...and you have to dig deep into their website to learn this...and yes, I know it's my own fault for not digging in deep.

Disappointed Vonage Customer.

Can't fault you there - I would also assume that a digital service would all and more of the standard analog features that I have right now. I wonder if there is a limitation that we don't know of, whether hardware or software.

Thanks for the heads up.

I'm wondering if any other VoIP service offers mutliple mailboxes on their voice mail. I never checked because I didn't need more than one.
