can I file my taxes without a w2 form?

If you know what was withheld from your pay (see your LAST pay stub from 2006), you can reconstruct your W-2 on virtually ANY tax software.

I suggest you use File Taxes Online - Do Taxes FREE - File Taxes With TaxACT (http://www.taxact.com).

If no paystub, ask for a tax script for 2006 from the IRS. They will deliver it in about ten days. Any competent tax pro can then file your tax return from that tax script.
