Drive gear on starter broke. Put new starter in along with a new starter solenoid and starter relay. When trying to start starter drive kicks into ring gear but will not spin motor. Had battery checked and tested good with volts and amps. If you jump across the battery wire and small wire the gear kicks into ring gear but no spin. When jumping across battery and wire to starter drine gear spins. Can anyone help?>
