This morning i awoke to find the furnace not working the thermostat was calling for heat the inducer motor would kick in then I would hear the pilot clicking on but it would not light the furnace. the last two years I have had to change the intermittent pilot module I changed this again but it did not solve the problem this time. Looking for aN answer in N.Y.

Most of the time when your module is making the pilot lighter click there is a problem in the pilot itself. Either the spark is not sparking where the pilot gas is or the pilot is dirty and not getting enough gas through to light the way it should. Next time you try to get your furnace to run and you hear the clicking noise try to light the pilot with a match. Good luck

Look for 24 volts at the gas valve MV/PV to PV terminals, does it have 24 volts there?
Brand, Age and efficiency, if you know.
