My employer is saying that I signed a no compete clause, which I do not remember signing. I live in michigan. Am I entitled to a copy of said document upon request. He tellin me to get a court order when I requested photocopies of all the documents that I have signed since I was employed. Just need to know my options. Thanks you in advance for any possible help in answering this.
