I have been having problems with my 46" Vizio Tv for several months. It has been in the repair shop 3 times since end of September. I have left many messages with the warrany service center to call and they never do. I have talk to 5 different supervisor's that tell me someone will call from the service center. I have all the supervisors employee number and have been in contact with A1 factory (who is doing the repairs) and they are at a loss on why it is taking so long to get some help with the TV. I have given Walmart warranty center to help me and now I would like to seek legal action. Do I have a case? There is so many mistakes made when it comes to my TV repair that I feel I might have a very stong case/ Help!

Maybe. Do you have documentation of ALL your troubles? I'm sure you have some, and I doubt Walmart employees will lie on the witness stand... In small claims court, the judge has lots of leeway. You certainly COULD win. Small claims court is cheap, quick and easy.
