First off its never, ever a smart idea to put your number online.

Secondly, I too was adopted in 1994 with my brother ans sister (its weird I know) I am 23, my brother is 21 and my sister is 24.

I just want to ask you one thing and this is not because I'm being mean or anything but have you ever wondered if they had any interest in seeing you? At the ages of 20-23 they are able to make these choices and do what they wish with their decision. If it's something they wanted they probably would have contacted you by now.

I am just trying to give you a view from their perspective.

Was this an open adoption?

This was probably a foster care adoption, because children born in 93 or 94 would only be 17 or 16 now.

If they were adopted, you have NO LEGAL RIGHT to them. You would have little rights anyway, as their aunt.

We are not a reunion website, and off-site contact is prohibited. I have removed your email address and phone number. You should expect replies on this board and reply to those replies here.

Your best bet is to try reunion websites. Because you are not an adoptee or biological parent, the only one I can really recommend is ISRR. Your only other option is to hire a licensed private investigator.

But!--I agree with ITstudent. Have you considered that these people may not want to be in contact with you? They are adults, and have more rights to their records than you do, and if they wanted to search, I believe that they probably would have. Again, check reunion websites.

PS--if they were adopted, that's NOT going to be their last name anymore.

Goof catch. I didn't even put 2 and 2 together!
