Okay. I wld really like to be able to do it ALL at the gym if possible, I'm more focused & less distracted in the gym atmosphere. Here is basically what my work schedule is like...
Monday- dayshift (645AM-645PM)
Tuesday- dayshift (645AM-645PM)
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- OFF
Friday- nightshift (645pm-645am)
Saturday- nightshift (645pm-645am)
Sunday- nightshift (645pm-645am)
Monday- OFF
Tuesday- OFF
Wednesday- dayshift (645am-645pm)
Thursday- dayshift (645am-645pm)
Friday- OFF
Saturday- OFF
Sunday- OFF
Monday- nightshift (645pm-645am)
Tuesday- nightshift (645pm-645am)
Wednesday- OFF
Thursday- OFF

Saturday- dayshift (645am-645pm)

....you probably get the idea by now... The gym I go to is open from 530am-9pm M-TH & Friday they're open 530am-8pm & weekends they're open 8am-4pm. And also, my husband works every two days, 24 hour shifts. So he will work say a Monday from 7am until 7am the following morning & work again Thursday. Get it? I hope you can help me....
