I was told by a friend that if you have a health problem. Then you can get off probation early. Is that true? What kind of health problems would you have to have?

Be very careful when trying to buck the system. If you declare that due to "health problems" you are unable to carry out a community based penalty such as probation, then you could find yourself back in Court being re-sentenced for the original offence. excon Feb 6, 2007, 05:21 AM In the US, there's NO health problem that will get you off probtion early. That's NONE. excon PS> What? You think they care about you? Copyright ©2005-, Ask Me Help Desk
