While breast cancer is certainly a possibility, chances are that you may just have dense fiborous breasts. The fibroids tend to increase in size and tenderness near menstruation.

Is there a health department near you? If so, that would be a great place to start. Many health departments now have small clinics with doctors for people in your position.
